1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Agentium Trace browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.
2. License and Use
Agentium Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Agentium Trace for personal, educational, or internal business research purposes in accordance with these terms.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you view, export, or store using the extension. Agentium Labs cannot recover unsynchronized local data if your browser profile is deleted or corrupted. Optional cloud sync stores account-owned copies. We recommend exporting important research regularly.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Agentium Trace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Agentium Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the extension.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentium Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the extension.
Paid features and sharing
Pro is offered at $6 per month or $29 as a one-time lifetime purchase for the delivered Trace Pro features. Payments and applicable taxes are handled by Paddle. Cloud uploads, edits, search, all exports and new cloud links require an active Pro entitlement. If Pro expires, existing cloud research remains available to read and delete, and existing links can be revoked. Anyone with a shared link may copy its contents; revocation cannot recall copies already downloaded. Deleting research data does not itself cancel a billing subscription.
